Access and registration

The procedure is divided into: choice of access methods, acceptance of the Regulations and Code of Ethics, data compilation, passing the test, administrative obligations and payment of the fees due.

Professionals who work (or intend to operate) in digital and multimedia communication, as part of professional services for third parties, can apply, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4/2013.

Yes. In addition to the Electronic Entry Test, there is an access path through validation of the career (qualifications and proven professional experience). This path allows to bypass test when the candidate demonstrates adequate requirements through verifiable documentation.

The candidate must submit a documentary dossier that may include, by way of example:

  1. updated and signed CV;
  2. certifications/certificates;
  3. contracts, assignments, letters of reference;
  4. work portfolios (campaigns, editorial plans, reports, produced materials);
  5. evidence of professional activities consistent with the figures of the Register.

The documentation is evaluated by a Commission of the Professional Association Esse Social Academy which:

  1. verifies the consistency, completeness and authenticity of the evidence;
  2. evaluates the alignment with the required skills (basic profile and/or declared specialization);
  3. decides the outcome.

Outcome: in case of a positive evaluation, the registration is automatically activated in the Registry (without taking the test). In the event of a non-positive outcome, the Commission may request documentary additions or propose access through tests.

The renewal is per year and the fee allows enrollment in theProfessional Association Esse Social Academy and inclusion in Register for those who are who meet the required requirements.

The registration fee is valid for calendar year (from January 1 to December 31). The renewal must be carried out by December 31 of the current year, according to the indications available in the reserved area. If you register again during the year, the fee is valid until December 31 of the same year.

Failure to renew the registration, 30 days after the deadline, results in erasing cancellation from the Association and consequently from the Register.
