How the Register works

Methodological Framework

IDONEITAS

The Method connects Standards, evidence, assessment, decision and lifecycle. It is not a governance body: it is the methodological framework applied by the competent functions.

Public presentation of Method
Chain of Responsibility

From the evolution of work to the public position

1. ObservatoryDetects and documents a significant professional change.
2. CTSEvaluates the signal and resolves any technical-scientific effects.
3. AssociazioneVidima, formally adopts and executes the acts according to the applicable competences.
4. RecordMakes standing public and verifiable when the conditions are met.

IDONEITAS goes through the process as a Method: regulates how Standards, evidence, assessment, decision and lifecycle are governed and applied, but it does not replace the bodies that make decisions.

Validation and adoption

From the technical decision to the formally effective act

When the Technical Scientific Committee approves a technical act within its competence, the Association takes care, according to the Statute and internal acts, of the formal validation, organizational adoption and implementation.

Vendorization is not a second technical evaluation. Certifies the regular acquisition of the act in the association system and allows it to be executed according to the required skills; it does not authorize the unilateral modification of the technical content approved by the CTS.

Principles of Governance

Readable Responsibilities and Traceable Decisions

Governance distinguishes those who observe, those who propose, those who approve technically, those who formally adopt, those who decide on the individual case and those who make the effects public. This separation protects professionals, users, and system integrity.

Principle: the naming, layout or communication cannot expand the legal meaning of an act. Every public claim must reflect the actual authority, subject matter, and standing.
