A step towards transparent participation in the European dialogue on digital professions and lifelong learning.
Since September 21, 2026, E.S.S.E. Social Academy, the association that establishes and manages the Register of Digital Communicators, is registered in the Register for Transparency of the European Union, with number 8201786106304-78.
The Register, common to the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission, makes publish the identity, objectives and interests represented by the organizations that contribute to the discussion on Union policies.
For the association, registration constitutes a commitment to develop institutional relationships based on transparency, accountability and verifiable information, bringing the needs of the digital communication professions to European attention.
The contribution we intend to develop concerns the description of skills, professional updating and the ability of people to face job transformations. In this perspective, the experience of the Register of Digital Communicators and the development of IDONEITAS — Professional Qualification Lifecycle Method, the associative methodology dedicated to the definition, evaluation and maintenance of professional requirements, are placed.
The objective is to compare these experiences with institutions, universities, training institutions and professional organizations, contributing with analyses and proposals to the dialogue on skills and lifelong learning, with attention to young people and professionals who are already active.
Registration meets a requirement for certain forms of European conversation, whose participation remains subject to the respective procedures. It also involves complying with the code of conduct and updating the information stated.
The association intends to follow up this step through documented contributions and collaborations consistent with its mission, focusing on people and the quality of professional work.
